Terms of Service

Effective: August 23, 2026 · Juste LLC · app.getleast.io

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Least by Juste™ ("the Service"), operated by Juste LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including free pilot participants and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Least by Juste™ is an identity governance platform that connects to your Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) directory via read-only OAuth 2.0, identifies access risks using automated rules and AI-assisted analysis, and generates audit-ready evidence reports.

As of this version, the Service does not write, modify, or delete data in your connected directory except where you explicitly enable and confirm an auto-remediation action (see Section 5b). All other remediation is performed directly by your authorized administrator.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you use the Service.

Running an access review requires a Google Workspace domain administrator account, or a Microsoft Entra ID tenant administrator account (Global Administrator or an equivalent delegated role). Personal @gmail.com or personal Microsoft accounts do not have the required administrative permissions.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at kender@usejuste.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Directory Integration — Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID

When you connect a Google Workspace, you authorize the Service to request these OAuth scopes:

  • admin.directory.user.readonly
  • admin.directory.group.readonly
  • admin.directory.rolemanagement.readonly

When you connect a Microsoft Entra ID tenant, you authorize the Service to request these Microsoft Graph scopes:

  • User.Read.All
  • Group.Read.All
  • RoleManagement.Read.Directory

These scopes allow reading your directory data for access reviews. You may revoke authorization at any time from your Google Account settings, your Microsoft Entra admin center, or from the Connections page.

5b. Optional Auto-Remediation

For a limited set of findings (dormant or stale accounts), the Service may offer an optional "Auto-remediate" action that suspends or disables the affected account directly in your connected directory. This action requires (a) your organization granting an additional write-scoped permission during connection, and (b) your explicit, per-action confirmation before any change is made. No account is ever suspended automatically or without your direct confirmation. Suspended accounts can be re-enabled at any time from your Google Admin Console or Microsoft Entra admin center.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Process data you do not have the right to process
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.

Directory data ingested from your Google Workspace is stored solely to power your access review. We do not sell, share, or use your organizational data for any purpose other than providing the Service.

Evidence bundles (PDF and CSV exports) are your data. You retain full ownership.

8. Pricing and Billing

The Service is offered on a free Pilot tier (up to 3 workspaces, no credit card required) and on paid subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Plus) billed monthly per active user through our payment processor, Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can view current pricing at app.getleast.io/pricing and manage or cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings.

Pilot participants may be invited to provide voluntary feedback or participate in a case study. This is not a condition of access.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, risk rules, AI analysis, UI design, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Juste LLC. These Terms grant no intellectual property rights beyond the limited right to use the Service as described.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ACCESS REVIEW RESULTS WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.

Results are intended to assist your review process, not replace the judgment of a qualified security professional.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect your Google Workspace from the Connections page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify you by email.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Hillsborough County, Florida.
